Second Semester Conferences

While we place high value on consistent communication, second semester conferences that take place on Monday, February 13 are an opportunity to connect with your student’s teachers. Conferences take place at Meredith Middle School from 12-3:30 p.m. and 4-7 p.m. on February 13. Language interpreters are available.

• Each grade level will host conferences where teachers will briefly share student progress, curriculum updates, upcoming activities, and how to support your student at home.
• Students will “lead” your conference with reflections on learning and progress.
• Expect to visit with three or four teachers, but not all teachers.

Families should register for a 15-minute conference appointment for each individual student. Please use our digital registration to request a conference. Requests should be submitted by February 8.

Please know we encourage you to contact us any time. While conferences are often thought of as an “event,” they are not always timely. If you have questions about connecting with a specific teacher, please send that teacher an email. Your engagement is always welcome.
